Our Managing Events as Projects MasterClass recently welcomed guest speaker Sharifa Wilkinson. Sharifa spoke to the group about her past and current roles with major events worldwide, and what it's like project managing aspects of highly complex events.
The class participants were event managers wanting to apply a project management methodology to their planning, taught by Nick Oxborrow at the Novotel Hotel ExCeL London.
As well as learning from Sharifa's project management expertise and experience, we also now know what an event's Last Mile really is!
Many thanks Sharifa for taking the time to develop talent and skills in the industry.
