Students on the MasterClass in Outdoor Event Management course last week were impressed with their course and the knowledge and expertise of their Facilitator, Chris Powell.
During their 2-day MasterClass they learnt about the outdoor event manager's role in planning the event and their responsibilities in the build up, delivery and break down phases of the event.
Identifying outdoor locations, setting up sites and dealing with legalities and permissions required to stage an outdoor event were also covered, as were the skills needed to source, select and coordinate specialist outdoor event suppliers.
The MasterClass training took place in one of our preferred venues, the Novotel London ExCeL and once again their amazing staff looked after our students professionally and with a warm welcome!
On completion of the course, students also looked forward to the 8 weeks post-course support provided by The Event School with one student commenting "The course last week was really great and it’s nice to now also look forward to 8 weeks of news!"
