International
Students
International Students May Be Able to Study
on our Six Month Programmes.

Please check your eligibility to study in the UK
(for up to 6 months) before applying.

Depending on your country of origin or nationality, different visa and entry requirements may apply. E.g. You may need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to study for up to 6 months or you may need a Standard Visitor Visa.
It is your responsibility to check that you are eligible to study for up to 6-months in the UK, and that you meet any visa and entry requirements to do so.
Applicants are fully responsible for ensuring they meet any and all visa or entry requirements.

Click here to visit the UK Government Visas and Immigration Website and check if you need a visa.

For clarity, we are not sponsors for International 'Student Visas' and our courses are not appropriate for applicants seeking to obtain a 'Student Visa' .
Important
Even if you are granted a visa or an ETA to come to the UK for up to 6 months, you may still be asked at the border to prove that:

-
you’re able to support yourself during your trip (or have funding from someone else to support you)
-
you’re able to pay for your return or onward journey (or have funding from someone else)
-
you’ve arranged accommodation for your stay
-
you’ll leave the UK at the end of your visit
And remember, check how long your passport needs to be valid for.

Unless you are on a work visa - you will not be able to do paid or unpaid work during your stay. And you won't have access to public funds.
You are also likely to need travel insurance to cover any health care issues or treatment that arise during your stay.

Make sure you know what you can and can't do and that you have thoroughly understood the requirements by visiting https://www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration or contacting your closest British Consulate.

IMPORTANT
Our international students are not permitted to work while in the UK. Nor are our International Students permitted to do work experience, work placements or internships. (Assuming you are attending on an ETA or Standard Visitor Visa.)
As an alternative, to provide exposure to a range of industry practice - we arrange multiple industry excursions that may include venue visits, showcases, symposiums, site tours, live events, networking, demonstrations, industry events and guest speakers.

And you can still participate any live event planning and delivery that's included in your course as a curriculum activity run by the school.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation will be one of your largest expenses and the right (or wrong!) choice can make a significant impact on the comfort and the enjoyment of your London experience.
We highly recommend choosing student residence accommodation. These are providers who specialise in student accommodation and who are familiar with the requirements and needs of students living in London.

The added benefit of student residence accommodation is meeting and mixing with others who have come to London to study and make new friends.

Our accommodation page has suggestions for both short and long stays. Take a look at the options labelled 'Student Accommodation' for providers who offer specialised student residence style accommodation.

When choosing your accommodation, as well as considering if you like the room, the building and the location, make sure you check the public transport options. London has excellent public transport but be aware, it's a large city and you need to think about your travel time to a) classes and b) social, leisure, shopping and other facilities.

You can use this journey planner to check out the travel times from a station near your accommodation to classes and other London attractions. FYI Your classes are held in venues on Royal Victoria Docks, and our closest Station is Custom House on the Elizabeth Line or DLR
